Who we are

Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Your personal data will be seen by one of our Admins so they are able to respond directly, and make sure that you are who you say you are by cross-referencing with your user data. Once any issues or queries have been concluded, your data will be stored for a month in case there is further action required, and then it will be removed from our logs. This will not affect your account in any way.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We use a variety of analytics systems to track user interactions with site content, purchase history, etc. However, these are only used for auditing purposes and our integrated services.

Who we share your data with

Several of our partners (providing product creation/distribution, analytics, marketing features, etc.) may receive anonymised samples of the data we collect, but no identifying personal information will ever be released or forwarded to any third party. For a full list of who we may share your data with, please request via the Contact Us form.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information, but are not permitted to.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Otherwise they remain on our database until you request their deletion, or automatically after 24 months of inactivity.

Your contact information

Is only ever used by our product production partner (Printify) for dispatching your purchases, or receiving newsletters from ourselves.

Additional information

How we protect your data

All data received is stored in our database under the security of our service provider, which is maintained to high industry standards. When we go completely independent, this will be continued, and further encryption and anonymisation procedures will be implemented.

What data breach procedures we have in place

All data breach issues are handled by our service provider’s security services. However, we will also perform mass password resets and look to add further security measures for the site.

What third parties we receive data from

We do not receive any data from third parties as we have no investors, advertisers, or share holders. We will only be sharing anonymised sample data with our partner services on occasion.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We manually review all Creator, Content, Product, and Project submissions. We investigate all reported content and conduct as required. We do not employ algorithms where human decisions are needed. Only analytics based marketing profiles may be derived from our data for more accurate in house marketing through our newsletter.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

We are GDPR compliant, hence the Cookie Policy banner when you first arrived. We are in the process of becoming PCI compliant, which you will be updated about when it happens. Any further compliance or regulation needed for the site will be integrated when required, and we will always keep everyone up to date of any such requirements.
